5. Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Marketing Services

Refunds for service projects are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced, refunds may be partial based on the work completed. Details are outlined in individual project agreements.

5.2 Academy Courses & Training

Course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted or classes have begun. If you have not accessed any course content, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting contact@grothify.com.
